Pila Systems is a queue-management platform operated by Luna Studios (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle when you visit our website, request a demo, purchase a plan, or use the product, and the choices you have.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information - your name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash) when you create or sign in to an account.
• Sales and demo inquiries - the name, business name, email, phone, and message you submit through our Contact Sales, Book a Demo, or Request a Demo forms.
• Business (tenant) data - queue, counter, service, ticket, and branding information you and your staff enter to operate your queues. You control this data; we process it on your behalf.
• Payment information - when you buy a plan, payments are processed by PayPal. We receive confirmation of the transaction but do not store full card details.
• Usage and device data - basic, aggregated analytics (such as page views) collected only if you accept analytics cookies, plus standard server logs for security and reliability.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, maintain your session, remember a returning visitor’s first name on the login screen, and store your cookie-consent choice. These are required for the site to work.

We also use optional analytics cookies to understand usage and improve the product. These load only after you select “Accept all” in our cookie banner; choosing “Decline” keeps only the strictly necessary cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.

• Payments - PayPal (purchase processing).
• SMS delivery - providers such as Semaphore (and similar) when SMS notifications are enabled.
• Email delivery - SMTP email (e.g. via Gmail) for inquiry and account notifications.
• Hosting and analytics - our cloud hosting and analytics providers (e.g. Vercel).

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, and the public.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Sales and demo inquiries are retained so we can follow up and maintain records. You may request deletion as described below.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, role-based access, and tenant isolation so each business’s data is kept separate. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and respond promptly to any incident.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. If you are a customer of a business that uses Pila Systems, please direct requests about that business’s queue data to the business itself, as they are the controller of that data.

Pila Systems is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.
